How do I order online?

Ordering online is simple and secure at jonano.com. To order, simply click on your selections to add them to your shopping cart. If a size or color is currently unavailable, call or email us at info@jonano.com to check on product availability. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as gift certificates online. The order and payment information you provide is encrypted using VeriSign® security technology, then sent electronically and processed immediately. (See our Privacy & Security Page for secure online shopping details.) You will receive an email within 15 minutes confirming your order.

How do I redeem gift certificates online?

If you receive a Jonäno Gift Certificate, simply enter the number printed on the gift certificate during check-out on the Payment Info page. If the total amount of your Gift Certificate exceeds the cost of your order, you will be issued a store credit for the difference. If the total amount of your Gift Certificate is less than the cost of your order, you will be asked to provide a credit card number for the remainder.

How do I redeem coupons online?

From time to time, we offer special coupons and discounts which are easily redeemable online. To redeem a coupon online, proceed with your order through the check-out process with your coupon code handy. On the Payment Info page, you can enter your coupon code in the appropriate box. Please note: Coupon codes are case sensitive, so please type it exactly as it appears on your coupon.

Can I place an International order?
