Wholesaler Ordering
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Jonäno wholesale customer. Whether you are a specialty shop or a multi-store retailer, we are happy to work with you to determine the best way for you to order and to receive our products.
You can carry Jonäno in your store or on your website with a Tax ID or resale number, two trade references and an initial minimum order of $250 for prepack ordering and $500 for eaches. We want to ensure that we are ONLY selling to retailers which fit our target market. Registration is easy using our convenient online wholesale registration form. We will keep all your information absolutely confidential and only as a registered user will you are able to see prices. Contact info@jonano.com for more information. Easy Online Ordering
Jonäno now offers two great ways of ordering sustainable style for your store!
Prepack Purchasing
Buying a prepack (same size and color) is quick and easy, and best of all, you get a discount off unit pricing. The number of pieces in a prepack varies from style to style and minimum orders for prepack purchasing is just $250.00. Our pricelists indicate the number of pieces in a prepack for every style, or you can ask one of our friendly sales representatives to guide you through the ordering process.
Eaches Purchasing
You asked for it and you’ve got it! Purchasing of eaches in now available at Jonäno Wholesale. Minimum purchase quantity is just 3 pieces per style and color, any size breakdown, with your minimum order of $500.00.
Creating an Account Open an account from any page on the website. Simply click my account and a form pops up. Complete this form as a wholesale account by selecting the correct membership level (in this case, wholesale) filling in the rest of the form and click submit. New buyers may receive a phone call to verify their status. To speed things up, please complete our wholesaler form below. Once accepted as a wholesale buyer and activated, login at My Account every time you visit jonano.com to view our wholesale offers and shop online. Its that simple. Once the wholesale access is created a new category will appear under Shop our Products. This is the section of the site that is dedicated to our wonderful wholesale accounts. It is easy and quick to select prepacks in your desired color choice, then fill the cart, complete checkout and you're done. We take Discover, American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Shipping will be charged to the cc given separately. If you select regular shipping your order ships ground. You can also select faster delivery options to receive your Jonano Order more quickly. You'll receive an emailed receipt as well as a tracking number.

If you aren't sure exactly what to order, we are more than happy to put together an order for you of our best-selling items and/or items that will work best for your type of shop, your location, and the age groups to whom you cater. We work closely with our retailers to ensure their success with our merchandise. To assure availability f, please place your order early. Estimated delivery of in stock items is 7-10 days. Availability and Pricing
Some selected items are not available for online wholesale ordering at this time. Availability of some items is limited, so please order early. Contact 1-877-ECO-9753 to speak with a sales rep in your area. Pricing is current for Fall/Winter 2008, and prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are excepted. PayPal, money order/cashier’s check/company check are also available for your convenience. There is a $25 fee per deposit attempt on returned checks and chargebacks. International orders must be paid via credit card, PayPal or money order/cashier’s check. All orders must be paid in full at the time of shipping.
Shipping
Orders will ship via UPS ground unless otherwise arranged. Please allow for delivery time to your area. The price on the website is for the garment only. Shipping is an added cost, dependent on your order size. The cost of your shipping will be billed separately to the cc number you provide at the time of ordering. (around 4% of the total order)
Back Orders
Online orders are shipped when the product is available for delivery, so if a particular item is temporarily out of stock your order will be sent minus the backordered items unless otherwise prearranged. You may enter notes at checkout. Your shipment of in-stock items will include an invoice showing the back ordered item which will be shipped as soon as possible. If you request, we will cancel your backorder.
Terms & Conditions
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for return or exchange authorization. Your order will include a return and exchange form. Please fill it out completely and include it with any returned item. Refunds are credited with a store credit. Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted without prior authorization, must be received within 10 days of receipt of goods, and will be billed for shipping out and back. Product must be returned in its original condition. Product returned outside of its original packaging, worn, and otherwise sent back unsalable will be rejected and no credit issued. Exchanges are available (pending product availability), and credits may be used toward a future purchase.
